20 kg x 6L/R - interesting, let left side internally rotate freely on drop and could feel some discomfort at what is my current end-range of pain-free motion. Overall, it's much better, but this was both an interesting test and a reminder to be careful. 2nd set: 20 kg x 7L/R (also C&P) - figured out internal rotation on left side even better, need to have it come from shoulder in order to keep whatever hurts, which is presumably my biceps tendon but I don't really know, from hurting.

After Wednesday's lifting, the evening found me pretty tired, and the weather was very muggy, and I went to sleep early.
Yesterday, Thursday, no lifting but a 5 mile walk with a couple of stops at stores as destinations. Felt tired afterwards but basically good, had a bigger-than-usual midday snack, and taught most of the afternoon afterwards.
Today, Friday
Neider Press: 8 kg x 15 lf, x 8 rf - still liking how my shoulders feel after these. First time doing 2 sets, I think.
MP: tried seated press w/ 8 kg x 3 each side. Left side, as expected, works better
PU: 1 very slow on rings, only minor discomfort, no pain left side - progress!
CU: on bar, slow, didn't feel good to go 100% of the way up, break, success this time!

With the current setup I have, getting out from under the bar was pretty uncomfortable as I had to roll it down my body until it got to my hips before the bar was resting on the safeties.

My wife pointed out that the right side of my rib cage, the side w/ the sore pec, was higher off the bench than my left, so tried to fix that and I think it helped, too.
An excellent day, much less discomfort in right pec, but a little scary trying to rerack the bar, my wife helped.

175 x 3, 3, 2 - got more lats but less legs, 3 - I think I could have gotten 4 this time but no need to be a pig about it, 3 - total 14 reps in 5 sets, total 25 reps for the workout overall. A fine beginning for this weight (and at this hour of the day)

Pause at top, pause at bottom on all reps. Didn't rest for quite long enough between 2nd and 3rd sets, grip fatigued by last rep of last set but still completed it

Play with front levers starting from the bottom. Lock abs and glutes, push down on the rings. Did a few singles and doubles to as high as I could reasonably go, videod some - not bad. Maybe 2 singles and 2 doubles, so 6 "reps".
KB SN: 18 kg, 3R @ 10/min (about 20 sec elapsed), rest until next min, 3L at same. Looking for good overhead position, looking to see how snatching a kettlebell feels, all pretty good today
