Yesterday, Thursday, no lifting - shoulders tired and sore. But took a 4.5 mile walk Today, Friday walk w/ 4 sprints on the way home from town. PU: rings, 1 slow break MP: 20 kg x 5L/R break MP: 20 kg x 5L/R break SW: 00:00 28 kg x left x 10 01:00 28 kg x right x 10 03:00 28 kg x left x 10 04:00 28 kg x right x 10 06:30 28 kg x left x 10 07:30 28 kg x right x 10 10:00 28 kg x left x 10 11:00 28 kg x right x 10 - 80 swings, cut out 1:00 of rest then :30 and :30 so finished 2:00 earlier AVG = 131, max = 151 We can call this Q & D & S & S :)
