March 16, 2021: SQ, BP (light), DL (light)

Halo: 12 kg, alternating singles, about GS curl: 12 kg, a few FL: Rings x 1, pointed toes, whatever I could do 1-leg contralateral DL x 1 each way, left foot + right arm first FL: rings, bent knees - I think my shoulders, not my "core," are the weak point. SW: 00:00 32 kg x left x 5 00:30 32 kg x right x 5 - grip wonky, from FL, no more for now walk 3 miles Break Teach - did a few kb deadlifts, goblet squats w/ 32 kg, etc. SQ: not ideal prep, having walked a ways and having taxed the abs earlier, but first day w/ 205 lb: 135 lb x 4 185 x 2 205 x 2, 3 (barely),3 - better, found my abs finally ... break BP: 155 x 5 - enough DL: Hack 195 lb x 3 245 x 5 275 x 2 - thought about 3 but it would have been a hard effort and I didn't want that today
