September 8, 2021: 1A PU, ZDL, HLR

1A PU on 12": 2L, 2R, 3L, 3R ZDL: 135 lb x 1, 1, 1 - progressively better, need to do these more often HLR: 3, 2 - noticing some shoulder discomfort on reps after the 1st rep on right side
