August 28, 2021: 1A PU, DL

yesterday, 2 mi ruck @ bw + 25 lb 1A PU: 2L, 2R, rest 2L, 2R Today 1A1L PU: 2L, 1R, 1R DL: 135 kg x 1-2 double over, x 1-2 r/u, x 1-2 l/u NB: From last session, switched from a single 1-2-3 ladder, which is 6 total reps to 3 x (1-2) to get all different grips done, which is 9 total reps but no triples, and added 2.5 kg to make the weight 135 kg (297 lb)
