walk PU: x 1 5-10-5-5 slightly false grip on rings MP: 20 kg x 5L/R, 5L/R - adding more focus on abs firing and thus hips more underneath me and less to the front - feels better on lower back and it removed the bit of hyperextension I tend to have.
