March 28, 2022: SW (100)

Yesterday, Sunday, just a walk and later a nap Today, Monday NP: 10 kg x 3L/R, 3L/R w/ varied angle PU: l-site + 3 PU on rings. NB: Today, trying to make sure arms are fully straight at the bottom but shoulders remain packed. Interestly, it seems my left should wasn't quite as far down as it could be so I made that change. It is challenging for me to keep the l-sit while fully straightening the arms - sometimes I straight the arms but don't return to completely vertical - so this has been good to work on.
