August 7, 2023: SQ (light), BP (light), SW (50)

Rings - usual walk break NP: lots w/ 8 kg, some 6 kg KBMP: haven't done in a while 16 kg x rf x 4 18 x rf x 3, 3 - went well SQ: high bar 65 kg x 2, rock bottom, pause 65 x 5, rock bottom (no pause) 70 x 2, rock bottom low bar 75 kg x 3, 3 - left knee not tracking well, will stop here. Been a while since we've done these, at least 2 weeks, maybe sore from the bit of running on Saturday I did. BP: 135 lb x 3 - will do this again tomorrow, so enough for today break SW:
