walk 4+ miles including 6 sprints break tired after walk w/ sprints, not sure how this is going to go. DL: Plan is 135 kg (298 lb) x 8 reps x 3 sets 00:00 - 135 x 5 r/u rest 5:00 05:00 - 135 x 4 r/u rest 5:00 10:00 - 135 x 5 l/u rest 7:30 17:30 - 135 x 5 l/u rest 5:30 23:00 - 135 x 5 l/u rest 5:30 28:30 - 135 x 5 l/u NB: 29 total reps, so not 8 reps x 3 sets but more overall volume. Good on a tired day, gives confidence for next week's final 8 x 3 - or similar - session.
