yard work Rings: 3 FL from plank, then StC and 3 kip extensions on the way out instead of a partial tuck FL. Abs well used and tired. walk SW: 48 kg x 2h x 5 reps x 10 sets, HRM and started new set when back in Zone 2 break 48 kg x 2h x 5 56 kg x 2h x 5
