Rings - plank FL (usual), a few kip extensions - not usual, StC + partial tuck FL (usual) break SW: 48 kg x 2h x 5 w/ HR monitor, down to blue before each new set short break BP: index fingers on rings 135 lb x 2, 3, 5, 5, 6, 7 - total 28 reps
