walk Rings: StC w/ one-leg FL right leg x 7-sec, return to tuck hang for a bit, then same w/ left leg NB: Not sure if elbows are straight enough break GU: 6 kg x 1r/l to hand, 6 presses from elbow and 6 presses from hand 8 kg x 1r/l to hand, 5 presses from elbow and 5 presses from hand 12 kg x 3 alternating singles to hand, r/l PU: 8 kg on each foot x 1, touched Adam's Apple to bar and brief pause DL SUMO: 135 kg (298 lb) x 5 singles on the 1:15, double overhand - grip may be an issue for more reps
