Yesterday, walk 3 miles then an online Oly lifting lesson. Not much else Today, Friday, short walk AM, some stretching also PM: NP: 6 kg x 5L/R - focus on out at BP width elbows up stretch w/ Oly bar, then FSQ: bar x 5 30 kg (bar + 5's) x 5 40 kg (bar + 10's) x 5 50 kg (bar + 10+5) x 5 60 kg (bar x 20's) x 5 BP: 135 lb x 1, 2 WHEEL: 3rd step x 3, 3
