walk break walk again break NP: 6 kg x 2R/L, focus on internal shoulder rotation BP: 145 lb (~65 kg) x 2, 3, 5 155 (~70 kg) x 4 165 (~75 kg) x 3 175 (~80 kg) x 1 - waited too long for this set while on the phone, had hoped for a double but didn't want to try the 2nd rep 155 (~70 kg) x 3, 1 - going for big right shoulder stretch at bottom of last rep Pool Cue drill with FMS stick - way, way worse on right side, as expected
