Not much in the last few days, just some walking mostly Today, Tuesday, not feeling great - not much sleep 2 nights ago. Rings: partial StC - right should has been sore, didn't want to push it too far SW:24 kg x 10's OTM, total 60 break load in 10 bags of water softener pellets as hardware store and at home. DL: conventional, first time in a while 115 kg (253 lb) x 3 double over tng x 3 same out of time for today
