Recovery/Variety Day - 50 swings

Back sore from yesterday

2 x 16 - snatch, did 3, didn't like how it felt so stopped

24: swing: 5L+5R, rest, 10T, rest, 2T+2L+2R+2L+2R, rest, 4T+4L+4T+4R+4T

16: bent press, lf, 2 - haven't done these in a while, left hip hurts while doing right side

Enough for today - will take a walk now
