A few snatches

Long day.

Walk 3 mi

16 kg snatch: 20L/R in 2:30 - nice and slow, working on good form

rest 5:00-ish

20 kg snatch, 8L/R

Big work-related crunch time now, next week, and the week after.  Happy to have gotten some lifting done today.
