Yesterday, Wednesday - tired and sore, walked 3 miles, no lifting
Today, Thursday:

24 kg: swing 10R + 10L - second 10 were definitely slower, should have rested between

Still need a light day, so:
SQUAT: 135 x 8
BP: 115 x 6, 5
DEADLIFT:
245 Hack x 1
275 x 8 singles, start l/u, took about 5:00 - tried going looking up a bit for earlier reps, was more w/ legs, ended up going more with hips for the last 2 reps.
