Short walk, not much stretching today
24: c&p, lf, 1, 2, 3 - noticing that on right side, I cannot really force as straight up a groove as on the left - it's there and it doesn't hurt but it's very weak. I also feel like I unweight the opposite (left() foot and those two things may be connect. I plan to work on this

24: swing, 5L+5R+5L+5R no breaks - definitely lose explosiveness around 10 total reps
