Heavy Lift Bar - Hip Lift 505 lbs.

Right shoulder tight and sore, decided to kettlebell press and barbell deadlift

Heavy Lift bar arrived.  Worked up to 365 in hand and thigh lift, then up to 505 in the hip lift.

DEADLIFT

Already warmed up, so 295 x 6 singles in about a minute total, started r/u and alternated grips.

Onward and Upward!
