More Hip Lift, Zercher DL, and Week 1, Day 2 DL's - 245 x 12 singles

Week 1, Day 2

Stretch and roll a little

Trying to save protein bar and walk for after lifting, will see how we like that.

Hip Lift:

265 (bar + 4 x 45) for a few, 355 (add 90) for a few, 425 (add 70). 495 (add 70), 565 (add 70), 665 (add 100), 805 (add 140)

Zercher DL Axle: 135 x 1, 1 - ab cramp on second rep, so no more of these today.


DEADLIFT:

245 x 12 singles starting r/u in 5:05 - all nose-breathing, excellent!!  Spreadsheet called for 240 but can't be bothered with little plates.
