22 kg x 2, 3
20 kg x 4 - total 10

24 kg x 1

20 kg x 4 - total 20

24 kg x 2 - excellent!
22 kg x 4 - excellent!
20 kg x 4 w/ slow negative to make sure the negative is a pain-free groove (which, when I lower too fast, it isn't)

Total = 30
