Rings: StC + FL x 1
Zercher DL: 185 x 2, 2, 2 - got dizzy on second rep of each set but progressively less so. First rep of third set, got nice and tight in arm curl and that rep felt the best of the day. Last time was 175 x 3, 185 x 3, so today is progress, and we'll aim for 185 x 3 reps x 2 sets next time or soon.
