Monday, today

Stretch, walk about a mile, stretch some more

24: swing, 15L in :30, rest :30, 15R in :30 - warmup, and did 15s just to shake it up a bit.

20: c&p ladder 1-2-3 w/ single PU (@ bw + 20 kg on foot) after each rung
