GU: bw x a few, before that just rolling around to come up to the elbow on both sides x a few

Rings - hang, then 1 slow PU w/ pause at top

FSQ: bar x 5

OHP: bar x 5

PU: bar x 2, dead hang first, slow but quicker than previous on rings, still pause at top
