Friday - totally exhausted, walked a couple of times including a very good VSB (Buteyko's Very Shallow Breathing) walk, but no other exercise.
Saturday, today:
1A1L DL: 24 kg x 5L, 5R - 5 is near my limits, really feel it in the glutes
SW:
00:00 - 24 kg x 10L
00:50 - 24 kg x 10R
01:40 - 48 kg x 2h
Rest
24 kg x 10L + 10R, and done - 50 swings today
GU:
14 kg - first time with this during the current go-round
several singles alternating, starting with left up because right down is better, to the hand
Then several in a row each side to the elbow, just to deepen the groove.
BP: 135 x 5, 5, 3
OHP: 85 x 5, 5
No 1APU or Pistol today - thinking about switching to alternating days for some of these things.
