24 kg: 1h swings by 10R, 10L, 10R, 10L, 10R, 10L - total 60, all on about equal work/rest so a new set every :40 or so.

I am not a fighting man but I choose to ride chickens, to be strong and thin. A few months shy of my 57th birthday, I also want to be healthy in every way possible.
