Yesterday, Friday, walk/ruck to grocery store w/ 25 lb weight in pack, additional weight for groceries on the way home.
Today, Saturday, lots of good variety:
Dip stretch
WM: 6 kg x 1, x 3
1-arm ring hangs
Ruck 1/2 mile w/ 117 additional pounds.
Walk 4.5 miles w/ just a couple of water bottles.
