20: mil press, lf, 6, 6

20/16: mil press, 20 in R and 16 L x 4, reverse x 4 - too much lean-back but it's not awful and I can improve it with practice, I think.

DL:

245 x 5, narrow sumo, very light t-n-g

260 x 3, conventional, very light t-n-g - short rest before, 3 was plenty, grip was OK, just tension tired
