20 kg: C&P, alternating singles, lf, 10 each side w/o putting the bell down, and nose breathing only. Everything pumped.
DL: our slightly wider narrow sumo, 265 lbs., double over, touch-n-go: 3, 3, 3
Standing Wheel, 4th step: 2 reps, getting fuller extension, felt good.
