1-arm chinup practice, rope over bar anchored to 32 kg bell.
Left first this time - cannot get chin to bar yet, but better than last attempt a few days ago
Right - chin over bar.
Feeling it in abs - lots of ab work this week.
DL: 275, etc.: 1, 1, 2 with a longer touch to make the second rep harder
