May 24 - a little lifting while teaching, nothing else
May 25, Sunday, walk-run, first time walk 4:00, run 2:45 (up from 2:30)

I am not a fighting man but I choose to ride chickens, to be strong and thin. A few months shy of my 57th birthday, I also want to be healthy in every way possible.
