Thursday - 3.1 mile run + 20 sets of 1h swings, 32 kg x 6's on the 1:30

break, did a bunch of stuff while teaching

NB: trying to get knees maximally forward near start of descent because this is stronger at the bottom than letting them move forward only near the bottom.
