8 kg, lf, a bunch at different angles instead of just straight to the front

GU: lots w/ 8 kg to elbow, rf 3, 2, 2, last one to hand -ugh, I'm terrible at these w/ left elbow down
NB: Cooked afterwards - abs tired, especially on right side, which is probably what's supposed to be happening.
