A few presses, more walking.

Thursday

Walk 2 mi - hot outside!

mil press, 20 kg x 5, 24 kg x 2, 20 kg x 4 (planned 3 but it felt _so_ easy)

Swing: 20 + 20 (double swing) x 5 - just for fun

Friday - no lifting, just walk and stretch.
