Back got sore just sitting at my desk today - too much time not doing enough exercise.
A few 2-hand 24 kg swings to warm up.
ZSQ: singles at 155, 175, 195, 215, 225 = PR, 245 fail, 245 success.
16 kg: windmill, 3L/R - been missing these.
