Inman 160 lbs.

I have been negligent in my blogging.

Wed, more presses and swings - 10 x 10 1h swings w/ 18 kg, c&p ladder 1-2-3-4-5 w/o putting the bell down

Thu, off but walked

Fri, as Wednesday

Off Sat/Sun

Today, Monday

Inman - 160 lbs x 2 laps, 2 laps, 1 lap.  About 15 min rest between but it wasn't really as much as I think I should have taken.  Plan is 10-30 min rest between walks, and up to 4 walks for a "set", with an optional second set after 30-60 min rest

PR total distance w/ this weight, and also worked out left hand grip issues but grip endurance is still the limiting factor.
