Rings: plank FL, StC, 4 kip extensions (up from 3). Focused on keeping right elbow nice and locked, especially in StC, as I seem to be developing some tennis elbow on my right. Also didn't force the false grip, just took a nice, full (as opposed to just finger hooks) grip.
