Press/PU, DL

Press Program, Day 3.

Same as Day 2 but

- more presses

- shorter rests

- no ohs/tgu

- more DLs

20 kg C&P supersetted w/ 16 kg pullup on foot.  16 kg is OK w/ just socks on

Running a timer today, finish times in parenthesis

Ladder #1:
1 L/R
2 L/R + 1 PU on left foot
3 L/R + 1 PU on right foot

Took ~3:00 to complete (03:00)

Rest 3:00 (06:00)

Ladder #2: Repeat above, switch feet, took ~2:300 to complete (08:30)
Rest 3:30 (12:00)

Ladder #3: Same, took ~2:30 to complete (14:30)
Rest 3:30 (18:00)

Ladder #4: Same, took ~2:30 to complete (20:30)
Rest 2:30 (23:00)

Ladder #5:

1L/R
2L/R + 1 PU on left foot

Took 1:00 to complete (24:00)

Rest 2:00 (26:00)

Ladder #6:
Same as #5 but switch feet, took 1:00 to complete (27:00)

Total 30 reps, up from 24 two days ago

Rest 8:00 (33:00)

DL: Narrow Sumo, double overhand, 245 x 3, 3 on the 3:00 (start 1st set at 33, 2nd set at 36:00)

Total workout time: ~37:00
