20 kg: mil press,

5L + 5R

6L + 6R

4L + 4R


Windmill - bw x 1 each side


DL: Narrow Sumo, double overhand grip

245 x 3, 3, 4 - this is really about all the weight I can move using my legs and not my back.  Sad, but true, and a good reason for me to keep working on my sumo DL.
