A few presses early, light DLs plus walk later

Lots of driving and other sitting for out of town rehearsal yesterday, Saturday

Today, early before church

short walking breathing practice (been doing this every morning this week)

18: mil press, 8L + 8R - form felt pretty good, focus on lat engagement, pain-free groove on left through sticking point, shoulder packed on right at top, minimal, if any, lean-back, weight on both feet, thumb point almost straight back at top.

Later (2 PM)

DL: narrow sumo, double overhand grip

225 x 5, 5

3+ mile walk
