January 30, 2025: DL

Yesterday, no lifting, long drive, ate everything I possibly could Today, Thursday: StC - fail DL: on DL bar, double overhand grip 150 lb x 1, 200 x 1 250 x 5 260 x 4 270 x 3 - this is 72% 1RM and probably more like 80% of what I could do now. thought about switching to PL bar and 125 kg but am going to continue to easy my way back in. This is the most deadlifting with weights that matter in a long time. Feels great to have done this.
