May 25, 2023: SW, KBMP
walk (two stair sprints as I often do)
Rings - usual
While teaching:
SW: 48 kg x 2h x 10 on the 2:00, only two sets as I felt pretty cooked and, come to think of it, I don't think I've ever done sets of 10 with more than the 44 before so this is a good step forward. The work with the 56 kg two days ago was good prep for this.

KBMP: 20 kg x R/L x 2, 2, 2, 3
