6 kg x r/l w/ 2 presses at elbow, 2 presses at hand on way up, repeat

ROW: 105 lb, Pendlay style x 5, 5 - trying to get used to these
DL SUMO: 125 kg (275 lb) x 3 singles, big focus on keeping hips low and using legs, stand up between and a few breaths.
