September 3, 2025: run, strength

Yesterday, just a walk - very tired from moving our son on Monday.

Today, first 800 meter repeats.  Jog there, walk home.  Approximately equal 5 min runs and 5 min recoveries.



Later, post run strength training: 

SQ: Bronwen's bar, 42.5 kg x 5 in socks.

Rings: StC + KE x 5

KBMP: 16 kg x 1 rf - maybe too soon after rings, felt weak

WM: bw only, rf, 1 each side

WHEEL: 3rd step x 4
