I am not a fighting man but I choose to ride chickens, to be strong and thin. A few months shy of my 57th birthday, I also want to be healthy in every way possible.

FSQ: this time in Xero shoes, light SQ day and the day after bigger SQ day

135 lb x 5 middle fingers on rings
135 x 5 ring fingers - felt great
135 x 5 index fingers - felt stronger at first but tired more quickly
135 x 5 index fingers - better
NB: was getting cramps first in left hip then in right hamstring, decided this was enough for today
