I am not a fighting man but I choose to ride chickens, to be strong and thin. A few months shy of my 57th birthday, I also want to be healthy in every way possible.

yesterday, took 3.5 mile walk early AM
no other lifting, dealing with a bit of cold or irritated sinuses or something. Feel fine, no aches, no fever, but have a runny nose.
