I am not a fighting man but I choose to ride chickens, to be strong and thin. A few months shy of my 57th birthday, I also want to be healthy in every way possible.

2nd set of 7 not nearly as good as first on either side. Either we take more rest or we wait to adapt to this short a rest period.
GU: 12 kg x 1 alternating, rf - first time in forever doing GU after SW

Maybe hack DL at my next break, or maybe not - we'll see
