I am not a fighting man but I choose to ride chickens, to be strong and thin. A few months shy of my 57th birthday, I also want to be healthy in every way possible.

SQ: going to try 65 kg and aim for 5 x 5 in a few weeks. Low bar, rock bottom, short pause

BP: aim for 5 x 5 w/ 135 lb
135 lb x 4, 5, 5, 4, 5 - ugh. Some tinging in right inner thigh where nerve issue from herniated L4-L5 is - not sure if this is good or bad. It's not numb, which is good, but it doesn't feel particularly pleasant, either, rather like it's asleep.
