Not much yesterday, short walk was about it, also some stretching

WM: 4 kg x 1L/R, 6 kg x 1L/R - stopping at fingertips to floor
KBMP: 1 x 12 kg x 5L/R
WP: 6 kg x 1R, 1L, 1R - last one not so good, first two OK
KBMP: 1 x 16 kg x 5L/R - good!
